    • Action: Max to fix duplicate “Join IBNA” page on the website
  • Review / Approve Minutes July 2020
    • Approved, all in favor

ITEM 2. 9:20 REPORTS / MANAGEMENT

  • Chair: Bay Day
    • Postponed for 2020, will be scheduled in 2021
  • Treasurer: End of Quarter 2 report / balances / General annual budget
    • Reviewed the current balance
    • “Balance Sheet Summary” reflects the correct balances
    • Action: Michael will update “Balance Sheet” for the next meeting
    • Approved: all in favor
  • Membership
    • 3 people joined
  • Social media
    • Facebook engagement is growing
    • Jill is posting India Basin history regularly on Facebook
    • Action: To create an Instagram account (Jill, David, Sean, Max)
    • Action: Create a Google MyBusiness account (David)
  • Website updates from Jill
    • Split “Whats going on page”
    • Added “Shipyard Artist” page
    • Working on “Neighborhood History Page”

ITEM 3. 9:45 AGM 2020

  • Proposal to host a virtual AGM meeting for 2020, in webcast form
    • Action: Sean will research if need to get our own IBNA license
  • Motion: AGM for 2020 to be postponed to 2021 due to the pandemic

  • Motion: extend board members terms expiring in 2020 to 2021

  • Motion: IBNA membership will be for 2020-2021
  • Mailing for Membership Drive (no return postage) in September 
  • Possible topics for “a general meeting”, will discuss more next time

    • on a break in August, Sup. Walton will attend the next one after the break

  • Quick Build Traffic Calming
    • no updates yet from the city, will continue reaching out to them
  • 900 Innes Park
    • Action: will follow up with APRI on a) Bike Path and b) Access to water
  • IBIP art sign
    • Demolition will start on August 10th
  • Adopt-a-Street
