  • Discussion and decision about leasing 828 Innes #111
    • Proposal from owner: 6 months lease at $1 per month + insurance
    • Minimum barebone insurance policy is $500 annual, just covers the owner
    • Vote: Not approved (1 Yes, 1 Abstain, 3 No)

ITEM 2. TREASURER REPORT & FINANCIALS

    1. Compare 2021 projected operational budget to actual
  2. Adjust / approve 2022 operational budget:
    1. Operational budget 2022, $2000. Approved (5 Yes)

  1. Art on Innes – Max, Jill
    1. RSVP’d: 5 people
    2. Outreach: Email, Facebook, Instagram
    3. 9am tomorrow; Max and Richard will meet at 9am
    4. Max will plant flowers in two more planters
  2. Community Conversation with Navy – Sean
    1. Outreach: NextDoor, Facebook, Dog owners group, East Democratic
    2. Hosted most likely at Cafe Alma
    3. “Is the Shipyard Safe?”
    4. Eventbrite event with RSVP
  3. India Basin Day 2022
    1. Current proposed day, early May on Saturday
  4. AGM
    1. When: in person, March 26 (Saturday)
    2. Where: SpeakEasy or CafeAlma
    3. What: meet the neighbors, IBNA annual report, membership drive
    4. Max to upload photos from past events to our Google Drive
