- Support Carmen Chu as City Admin
- Support Donovan Lacey D10 BAC
- Publishing ACTION REQUEST
- Fiscal sponsorship updates (CEMEX)
- Discussions about contributing SFMTA murals on Innes and Beautification sponsorship
- CEMEX donated $2400 for the Beautification project and $4000 for the mural
- Membership list VS Mailing list
- Richard will review the membership list
- Set AGM date and time and meeting length (see #7)

- Adopt-a-Street / Beautification (David / Max)
- Every 3rd Saturday of the Month
- “India Basin Beautification Day“
- AI: David will send email to Shamann, Westbrook, DPW, Shipyard FB group, Nextdoor, IBNA newsletter, Shipyard doggie group, Shipyard HOA, Hoodline, IBNA FB, Rec and Park(?), Equity Development(?), APRI
- AI: Max to post the event on FB
- Quick-build Traffic Calming / Mural Project (Sean)
- Artists are chosen from the African American Art district
- Art will be consistent with 3rd St art
- Community event on March 20th to announce it
- AI: Sean will send info for the newsletter to Jill
- Bike Lanes
- Rescue SF (Sean)
- Raising fund to document homelessness crisis in SF and possible solutions
- IBIP art sign (Sean)
- Sean has the support to Sup. Walton, G&G and in discussions with SF Rec and Park, to place the IBIP sign in the park
- Sean published an article in Potrero View and 48Hills about the IBIP
- 900 Innes Park (Jill)
- Commission approved the contract for environmental cleanup
- Scheduled for Spring 2021, will last 3 months
- Possibly will have access to it, and then can reach out with our beautification efforts (end of Q2 of 2021)
