ITEM 2. TREASURER REPORT
- Michael presented the Treasure report and our balance
ITEM 3. SECRETARY REPORT
- Updates from Max (recording secretary), meeting minutes from June and July meeting to be posted soon
- Email to info@indiabasin.org goes to Sean and Jill
- Only one email on 828 HOA Innes
ITEM 4. 9:20 PROJECTS
- Kayak Event (Jill)
- October 23rd is a proposed date
- No responses to Jill’ email to volunteers outside of the board
- Michael will put a preliminary plan and send email
- Planters, Plants, and Shirts (Michael, Sean, Max)
- Richard proposes to do IBNA work shirts (Jill will send info to Richard)
- Planters Committee met and came up with a design and a budget; approx $150 per planter
- Sean secured permission to do the boxes for 800 Innes, and Armando who would water them
- Newsletter (Jill)
- Paint the Void (Мах & Jill)
- Paint the Void donated ~30 plywood panels (10 murals) to IBNA, and Max helped to move them from Midway 3 weeks ago
- Murals are now kept temporarily at Michael’s Barn
- Jill secured permission from Westbrook apartments to hang the murals as long as they don’t damage the fence
- Jill and Max will meet and come up with a detailed plan
- Neighborhood Violence (Sean)
- Sean updated the Board on the recent shooting at 828 Innes Ave
- The Board discussed the situation
- Shipwright’s Cottage letter
- didn’t have enough time to discuss it

- Waterfront Resilience Presentation by David Beaupre with SF Port at 10
- Community Conversation by Rec and Park at 10:30, Jackie Flin from APRI
