- Kayak Event / India Basin Day – Jill
- Boats from Kayak Unlimited and LEJ (Literacy Education Justice)
- Subcommitte: Jill, Michael, Max
- Volunteer Recruitement, Outreach, Boat Insurance, Boat Check-ins, Life Jacket Station, Clean-up, Tents+Tables+Chairs
- Budget:
- $700 for boat insurance
- $1200 chairs, awning and tables (Michael has 2 canopies)
- $100 waiver copies, name tags
- $750 bag giveaway
- Budget: $2500 approved (3 for, 2 against)
- Volunteers from Together SF (Sean), Max (Facebook group), Richard (CAC), Webpage (Jill)
- Max to set up GoFundMe
- Beautification: planters & cleanup + budget – Max, Michael & Sean
- 3 planters are ready to install
- Michael will get the dirt
- Within 7 days, 3 planters will installed
- Innes Murals + budget – Max
- Tomorrow @10am, IBNA party to paint the back
- Michael has the paint (4 rollers; Max to to bring extension + rollers)
- Next steps: finish painting the backs, then trying to hang one of them
