    • Next is in October
  • Budget items
    • Innes Murals, Jill’s current budget is for $2,400
      • Based on feedback, the budget will be modified to allow for more planters (approx. 6)
    • Planters budget for 3 is approved for $450
      • Revised the Innes Murals planters to have 5-6 planters, raise money for the rest

  1. Kayak Event / India Basin Day – Jill
    1. Boats from Kayak Unlimited and LEJ (Literacy Education Justice)
    2. Subcommitte: Jill, Michael, Max
    3. Volunteer Recruitement, Outreach, Boat Insurance, Boat Check-ins, Life Jacket Station, Clean-up, Tents+Tables+Chairs
    4. Budget:
      1. $700 for boat insurance
      2. $1200 chairs, awning and tables (Michael has 2 canopies)
      3. $100 waiver copies, name tags
      4. $750 bag giveaway
      5. Budget: $2500 approved (3 for, 2 against)
    5. Volunteers from Together SF (Sean), Max (Facebook group), Richard (CAC), Webpage (Jill)
    6. Max to set up GoFundMe
  2. Beautification: planters & cleanup + budget – Max, Michael & Sean
    1. 3 planters are ready to install
    2. Michael will get the dirt
    3. Within 7 days, 3 planters will installed
  3. Innes Murals + budget – Max
    1. Tomorrow @10am, IBNA party to paint the back
    2. Michael has the paint (4 rollers; Max to to bring extension + rollers)
    3. Next steps: finish painting the backs, then trying to hang one of them

  1. Coastal Cleanup (Sept 18th)
    1. Max and Jill are coming
    2. We’ll also advertise it in the newsletter
