BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S MEETING AGENDA

ITEM 1. 9:00     BOARD CHECK-IN

ITEM 2. TREASURER REPORT & FINANCIALS

• We spent ~$450 per planter, or $150 per planter
  1. Originally budgetted $120, so we’re about $30 over budget (extra cost for paint)
  2. To take note for future planning
• Next month we’ll review how much was spent on murals and budget remaining planters

ITEM 3. 9:50     CURRENT PROJECTS

1. Kayak Event / India Basin Day – Jill
   1. Postponed till April 30th, 2022
   2. El donated $200 for the event; will askk him to either refund or put it towards the next event
2. Beautification: planters & cleanup + budget – Max, Michael & Sean
   1. Need tools from Michael:
      1. Ladder, drill, ties, paint, lineseed, etc
   2. Need a form for owners to add (Michael)
   3. IBNA will schedule regular monthly events, 2nd Sunday of every month (one is this Sunday, and one is next Sunday)
3. Newsletter: – Jill 
   1. Approx to be sent on November 10th
   2. Lead story: Art on Innes
   3. Other stories: Amazon negotiations
   4. Jill to send information about Amazon meetings
   5. Local Business writeup; Max?

ITEM 4. 10:50   NEW BUSINESS

1. 3 new houses
2. Herons Head Nature Playground Opens
   1. it was well attended, intended for kids and adults
3. Cal Voices Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program
   1. Jill will send announcement in the newsletter
4. Sankofa Makers Market
   1. will create traffic congestion in the neighborhood
