- David Springer resigned from the Board and IBNA
- The Board decided to have no Chair in the interim and revisit the Chair election at the next AGM
- New officer election
- All roles on the board remain as before
- Monthly Board meetings will continue to be held as before. At the end of each meeting, the person to run the next meeting is selected
