ITEM 2. 9:20     IBNA MANAGEMENT

  • Fiscal sponsorship updates from last meeting
    • APRI offered to sponsor us
    • Michael is talking with another organization as a backup plan
    • AI: will get more details and get a proposal (Jill)
  • Annual operating costs / 2021 budget (Michael)
    • Credit card expenses were ~$430/year
    • AI: Cancel the credit card (Michael)
    • AI: See if we can get a free Square account (Michael, David)
    • AI: Need to add Zoom, India Basin banners, postal expenses (Jill, Michael)
    • AI: Add membership drive item to the newsletter (Max, Jill)
  • Confirm 2021 meeting schedule *
    • Good, approved
  • AGM updates / Create committee?
    • Cafe Alma will host us, Feb 27

ITEM 3. 9:40     QUICK-BUILD PROJECT

  • Quick-build Traffic Calming / Mural Project
    • IBNA proposal to increase parking spaces at Hunters Blvd to accommodate for the events happening there and increase public safety in the Triangle
    • AI: Letter to Jonathan from SFMTA (Jill, Sean)
  • Bike Lanes
  • Review questions for Substation Plaza guests

ITEM 4. 10:00   PG&E SUBSTATION PLAZA

Guests Susana Razo, Jonathon Manzo and Darin Cline to answer questions about the Substation Plaza

  • Will start construction of the Plaza in Q3/Q4 of 2021
  • Construction will take ~2 year, so the plaza will open in late 2023
  • Plaza Survey can be filled at: https://athunterspoint.com
  • AI: Follow up on Bike path design with PG&E (David, Sean, Jon, Darin)
  • AI: Susan asked for the timeline for the major projects in the neighborhood (Jill, Max)

ITEM 5. 10:30   CURRENT PROJECTS STATUS

  • Adopt-a-Street / Beautification (David / Max)
    • In jeopardy because of stay at home, David will check with DPW
    • “In light of the current stay at home orders”
    • Decided to cancel in December
  • Rescue SF (Sean)
    • Going well, Sean will inform of the next meeting
    • Rescue SF is getting media involved as well
  • IBIP art sign (Sean)
    • SF Rec&Park is not interested in IBIP at the moment
    • Build Inc agreed in taking these letters
    • AI: confirm with Rec&Park and reach out to Build (Sean)
  • 900 Innes Dock Mural (Jill)

ITEM 6. 11:15   COMMUNICATIONS

  • Communications Protocol
    • Add “Action Alert” email type, asynchronous and independent of monthly newsletter
    • IBNA Chair gets Action Alerts in a form of a template (image, paragraph, link)
  • Survey (37 responds as of 12/2)
    • AI: Publish the results in the newsletter (Max, Jill)
  • Website changes
  • Facebook Followers (344 + 6 in Nov)
