1. 9:20 am – Call to order – Quorum present

1. 9:21 – Approval of Meeting Minutes:   From July 12, 2014

 

1. 9:22 – Board Member Check-in: (10 minutes or less)

 

1. 9:25 – Chairman’s Report: by Sue Ellen Smith.
   1. IBNA Community Mtg w/ Build, Inc. – 26 people attended. Next meeting TBD.
   2. Bicycle safety on Innes / Letter to Capt. O’Sullivan –

 

1. 9:35 – Treasurer’s Report: by Allen Frazier. – Move money from checking to saving.

 

1. 9:37 – Secretary’s Report: by Sean Karlin.
   1. Correspondence

1. i. Thank you letters   – Sent letters to each dept. head regarding the Arelious Walker Stairs.

 

1. Other Reports:
   1. 9:40 – Update on the Eastern Waterfront Neighbors – Sean Karlin, Pauline Peele
   2. 9:50 – Update on Build, Inc. – Sean, Michael, Sue Ellen – M. Hamman & Grant have been discussing the quality of the land and Build Inc. may need to concentrate on the land around Innes & Hudson because the rest is unstable.

 

1. New Business:
   1. 10:00 – Appointment of new Board member to replace Jill – Possibly Simon, New neighbor.
   2. 10:10 – Planning for 900 Innes Victory Celebration – Possibly Sept 4^th, 11^th or 18^th.
   3. 10:20 – Powerlines on Innes
   4. 10:25 – Discussion of Light Rail on Innes Avenue

   1. Annual Kayak event, Saturday October 25^th, 2014 – Recology BBQ
